Multi Genre "Foundations"...Artist ID Help Please

I downloaded this tune in (I think) around 2012 but I cannot remember where I got it from or who the artist is, I've tried Shazam and a couple of other Track ID apps but nothing ...any help would be greatly appreciated

Hmmm...I thought this might prove elusive, someone out there must know though
