Not usually one to bitch, but that geezer went right down in my eyes after fucking over a couple of close friends.. (Their son is suffering with a second bout of cancer, and they had help from a charity to get him to america for treatment.. So they put on a night to raise money for the charity, and asked Brian Gee if he would headline, which he agreed to after hearing their story.. Still wanted paying though, which they agreed to.. They then paid the deposit which was half of the fee upfront.. So the night went ahead last week, and he didn't even bother turning up, and didn't even let anybody know.. Now they are trying to get the deposit back, as all the money is going to the charity..)

You'd think that Andy would just pass the award on/rule himself out of the running for the award.
 
This years results are the worst ive ever seen, confirms that this is a complete joke.
Bet that venue wasnt as good as the custard factory either
 
close is as bad as all the songs you mentioned IMO

its atleast in the bottom 5%...leaving 95% of all other dnb tunes that were more deserving

Would of been nice to see Uncle Dugs win best Old Skool DJ

Great selector and DJ, and has been putting the work in this last year.

But yea, I forgot. These awards are a load of shit
 
best oldskool dj is ridiculous. Its always someone from the realms of dnb while guys like Slipmatt, Seduction and Sy which are now spinning hardcore (totally not cool) get totally overlooked..ha, being miles better oldskool djs then blackmarket or mf. But oldskool prolly means jungle and nothing else. Same goes for best oldskool mc. And did Kenny Ken ever win something?
