I hate those sirens and synths in the start, I'm not sure if it's all down to my messed up ears but it they sound panned hard right adding insult to injury, imo.

Bass sounds are kind of cool, some of the transitions and little changeups are nice.

I'd work on those pads / synths and mess with alternate drum patterns and stuff.

The kick sounds a bit too similar to the snare, cor blimey, it just dropped, sounds like a musical representation of a jumble sale. Theres so much happening in this tune i think you need to strip it back a bit and focus on getting one idea nailed, then you can start to add more. Keep at it though.
