CUBASE 6 EDUCATIONAL EDITION

Hello, I have just brought what I thought was the full version of Cubase 6.5 via the net, I have just realized that I have actually brought the Cubase 6.5 Educational version by mistake.

I have now read that I will need to prove I am a student before it will work. How does this work? I am actually a student but not studying music, will this matter?

I wanted to buy the full version and wasn't worried about paying the full price.

I just want to know if it will work for me before I open the package.

Any help will be much appreciated.

honestly steinberg is a really great company and if you email them and explain what you want to do they would probably help you out...
