Commix - Strictly style bass

Anyone have any ideas how Commix might have done this kind of bass synth?

To me it sounds like an 2 detuned saws plus a harmonic each going through a low pass with the cutoffs changing sides going from low to high for the fundemental and high to low for the harmonic...

I sort of got the right sound by automating the detuning of 2 saws using 3xosc, but the higher pitched part isn't there and i cant simulate it with a note..
