Cloud 9 is a new monthly oldskool night to hit wolverhampton, the aim is to provide an intimate and friendly atmosphere for all lovers of the oldskool sound. Cloud 9 events will be sticking to a strict music policy of only the very best in oldskool between the years of 89-93. Winter has most definetaly kicked in,so cloud 9 raise the temperature for november with an exclusive lineup that is going to bring the roof down.
First up we welcome back to wolves the legendary dj "Randall" those who remember his sets from "quest" will know what to expect,joining randall on the decks will be the mighty dj "Bailey" from bbc 1xtra,These guys will be rolling out a 90 minute B2B of jungle classics so u know this is one set not to be missed.
Dj Taktix also makes his debut at cloud 9, for those that dont know, this is the man behind the jungle classic "Its the way" or "Are you ready for some bloodclart jungle techno" which was released on back 2 basics records.look out for brand new remixes of this tune very soon.
Last but not least is the local coventry legend.."Shock C". this guy has been there and done it all, from the famous "Edge" nights in coventry to quest/pandamonium/ you name it, this guy kills it.
