Got a gig tomorrow and will be all on the CDJ400 which i know takes MP3. I've been ripping my vinyl over the last few months so i'm kinda prepared but just wondering how the CDJ400 will allow me to browse my tunes. by MP3 or by the file system prepared on the USB stick ?

    cheers !

you can search through folders on the usb stick. Its really easy to do you just press down on the knob that says "Select Push" with some arrows around it. Once you press down you can scroll through different folders on your usb stick. my roommate has a pair of these they are very nice to play on only thing i dont like is that sometimes searching through a song can lag a bit. good luck man

cheers ... helped me arrange the USB stick beforehand ... printed a list of what was on it though and im glad i did as was easiest to skim through the list to remember what was on it than to go in/out of the browsing. Once the MP3 is selected to play you see the MP3 tag title in the display.

Seem like decent bits of kit the CDJ400
