Returning to Northampton after broadening their horizons Clubsessions is pleased to announce a homecoming to be held at the New Roadmender. You might remember Clubsessions for previously bringing you Pendulum, Plump DJs, Stanton Warriors, Freestylers, Audio Bullys, MC Jakes and many many more.
“To signify the return we’ll be taking over all three rooms, featuring some of the best local DJ’s and old Clubsessions residents including Suspect and Little Jo covering all genres of dance music from Drum and Bass, Breaks, Techno and House”. Says Jonny Sessions, the founder of Clubsessions.
Headlining the night in the main room will be LTJ Bukem and MC Conrad, with an unprecedented 4 hour set. They’ll be coming to Northampton following what we are sure will be an amazing tour around North America. Another local up coming act supporting them in the Drum and Bass room is Dominant Species, comprising of DJ Anya, Dom Almond and MC Special A.
Room one is being fronted by Little Jo, Northampton’s; renowned DJ who has previously hosted nights in Northampton and London under Amplitude and Dirty Monkeys, featuring some of the best talent including Beatcheck Milton Keynes DJ’s, giving you some of the dirtiest Techno and Electro beats around.
Staying with it’s roots Clubsessions will also be larging it up in Room three with some bonkers breaks, seeing old Clubsessions residents such as Suspect, and a newcomers to the realm Mish and Matt along with some live music from up and coming Devious Soul which encompasses seductive vocals with tough UK flavours - having reached the finals of the MTV Base “Urban Rules” competition under their previous moniker – Nylon Pirates, we are sure this debut is something not to be missed.
To be held on Friday 13th November 2009, unlucky for some, though after reading the line up we’re sure Clubsessions won’t be unlucky and don’t think that there will be any other place to be that night.
