Best beginner loops and samples?

Hey I'm currently using FL Studio just for the fun of it, got the eight one, think it's the most recent one.

I am trying to produce some drum and bass tracks in the likes of "TC - Game Over", "Pleasure - Bounty Hunter (VIP)", etc

What is the best pack of loops/samples for me to use? Preferably free
