Hey all, just wanted to let you know that Dubplate Culture has moved to a new night and venue.
From here on out, we will be holding this event every Sunday night at 9:00pm, at the Brendan Behan Pub, 378 Centre St in Jamaica Plain MA. For those of you who know the area, it's diagonally across from The Milky Way and is right next door to Fat Ram's Pumpkin Tattoo.
Come on down and enjoy a drink or 10. Drafts start at $2.00, and they've won the prestigous "Perfect Pint" award from Guiness, so you know they pour a proper pint!
They even have Red Stripe in full effect!
There is no cover charge at this venue, so this is and will continue to be a FREE EVENT!
We aim to bring you the best in Dancehall Reggae, Ragga Jungle, Dub and Old School, so have one last hurrah before the Monday workweek starts!
We're starting up at The Behan this Sunday, October 16th, with Special Guest Burning Babylon of Heavy Dread Fame! This promises to be a big night, with big tunes dropping, so don't sleep!
