    No long ting...

    • You a unlimited amount of cash to put on a one off rave...

    • You have to find a venue - could be a field or football stadium...

    • You have two tents for dnb...

    • Your event runs from 12pm to 6am...

    • You can select from any DJ or MC, past or present...

Please have a think and lay down your ideal line ups...

Got to be a small club with two rooms both with about 300 people in each..no more. ..intimate vibes, good atmosphere evveryone there for the music not just to get mash up.

Id choose Mampi Swift, Andy C, Frcition, Bassman, Hazard, Clipz…..….……lol…nah not really…..

The only drinks would be Soberano brandy with ice and bottles of Sol and you could smoke in there...no queue to the bar, and lots of fits girls that aren’t on pills…i

A sound system that wasn’t about loudness but was about quality of sound.

    Metalheadz Blue Note arena..

    With….
    Goldie, (2hrs)
Doc Scott, (Reinforced DnB history set) (2 hrs)
    Bailey (no MC)
Bad Company (99 / 2000 protoype era set) (no MC)
    Randal
Kem and Storm b2b classic Metalheadz set (no MC)

    Mcs’
    GQ, Lowqui.

    And

LOKKI KNOWS BEST ARENA .. lol.

Bukem and Conrad - 2 hour classic set
Marky and Stamina - 2 hour Movement set
    Reprazent live (1.5 hrs)
Break / Fierce and SP (1.5 hrs)
Lokki (no MC!!!) (duh..of course im getting in on the action) (1 hrs)

And id have a VIP dubstep / breaks chill out room too with Mala, Liam Howlett and Burial…probably with lap dancers or something…..

STRICTLY NO OTHER FUCKIN MC’S RUINING THE NIGHT FOR EVERYONE WITH THEIR STUPID EGOS!.

    Yeah..a lot do!

I just think that MC;s should complimet the DJ if there are any at all. Not have a set of MC’s’s and a separate set of dj’s.. .. it just gets messy.

I picked MC’s that work well with their DJ’s.

MC’s are no where near as important IMO

Dont want to get off topic but yeah I see where your coming from, and for what its worth I agree with you about the DJs being more important (obv). Think thats the prob with many MCs!

Yeah on the risk of going off topic.. im not a fan of MC’s as 99% of them are exactly the same, chat shit over the beats without letting the music breathe. I mean there are people that go to raves for the MC’s..this I’ve never really understood personally..but that personal preference I guess…its all about what your perception of this thing called dnb is.

I like MC’s that work with the DJ particularly those that work with the same DJ often such as SP, Conrad, Dynamite, Stamina, etc. Its rare these days that promoters actually put thought inot lineups and just go for the flavour of the month. Cramming as many on as possible making it messy and random.

Id like to see more parties where the DJ’s and Mc’s are paired off with more thought rather than just having the biggest ones and as many as possible

not on person has mentioned noisia in any of their lineups, this surprises me. One of the 3 plays really dirty, well constructed sets & should be welcomed onto any bill of new skool dj's............not the likes of many of the new skool who all play the same tunes in a different order
    agree or disagree?
