I don't think it's possible to vote for one special set. There are so many sets I love.
For example:

Annie Mac and Fearless @ The National DNB Awards 2009: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pmazl62vFBk

Ed Rush & Optical with MC Det @ One Nation - Valentines Back 2 Back Special - The Carling Academy Brixton 2007: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rP6XHcAAkVA

For oldschool DNB these 2 sets:
Marley Marl with Skibba @ World Dance Millenium Celebration - NYE 1999: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5SJb9zYsjQA

Stakka & Skynet @ BBC Radio One 2001: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IjRxVdiUwjE

Just to mention a few one...

dBridge & SP's 5 hour set at Fabric August 2012

This one. Lost count of how many times I've listened to this. The vibe throughout is amazing and it always puts me in an amazing mood and gets me itching to have a mix.

Another one I used to rinse a few years ago was a Utah Jazz set from Aeon festival in devon in 2010

Not got a favourite set but any set from AWOL 'Live in London' 1994 Vol.1 tape pack could be a contender!

Yeah, big set! But one question (I asked myself for a long time): Who the fuck is this motherfuckin fag makin' these "miaaaau" and this shit? For example at 7.31! I hate this guy soooo much....

Think that bit was Bassman and Skibba was it not? Just makes me laugh when I hear it!

Yeah, thats him! Just searched Bassman on Youtube. OMFG, why the fuck do someone invite such a fuckin fag like him? oO I allways thought he's a little bit retarded and took to much drugs... srsly, what the fuck...

Too hard to pin point my favourite set of all time but this has got to be the mix I've listened to the most > http://www.dogsonacid.com/showthread.php?threadid=359054&mode=article. Was around the time labels like Tekdbz and Violence was killing it with releases from Photek, Hive, Keaton and Gridlok. This album as well > http://soundcloud.com/violencerecordings/sets/welcome-to-violence-lp/

Shame Infiltrata went on to make noisy Skrillex style dubstep. Guess been in a America it would be hard to avoid that sound.
