Drum & Bass producer Xtrah, who has made quite the impression since making his way into the scene in 2011, with a number of notable releases on labels such as Ram Records, Metalheadz and Critical Music, is excited to be launching his brand new venture in the form of his own imprint: Cyberfunk.

Kicking things off will be the four track Existence EP: two solo Xtrah cuts, something from new talented duo Simple Technique and a tasty collab between Xtrah & Break to round things off. Keep your eyes and ears peeled for audio previews soon.

To celebrate the launch of the label and EP, Xtrah and Cyberfunk are throwing a number of parties. The first is a huge night down at the newly renovated Fire London on March 28th. An incredible cast of some of the scene's finest DJ's will be on hand to draw some of the biggest beats and rib shuddering bass. Come and join us for what will undoubtedly be an incredible party.

We jumped on a phone call with rising label boss Xtrah to talk us through the launch plans for his cutting-edge new imprint Cyberfunk...
It's good to see you bringing through new talent!

X: I don’t see anyone else doing that and I don’t see why.
Bit of an affront against all the labels that are pushing new talents or am I misunderstanding something? I could name at least 10 labels that are pushing new talents?
