Posted a thread about this a while ago (http://dnbforum.com/showthread.php/139340-Xtrah-(Set-the)-Levels), but yeah this is a massive release - standard Xtrah. Ive heard a tune by him played at a critical night which i found out to be called soundclash, but cant find anything about it at all! Seems his best stuff is unreleased at the moment.
