    post your recommended drinks here!

vodka and cranberry juice is a great one from Xmas, and any other time.

and I just discovered Little Creatures Pilsner, to my delight

I don't really do seasonal drinks, other than the odd glass of wine with Xmas dinner.

Vodka and coke or Red Bull all the way ha ha! :teeth:

    Vodka.

Every year we have a Boys Own Xmas Party with vodka & herrings.

As time goes by we're calming down a little but some of our escapades are legendary. Thing is, the girls have started organising their own and its exceeded our own in terms of... hmm... excess?

    Both parties are this week.

I'm getting old, all I want to do is watch dvds on the weekend.

yeah ... you guys are on the winter-warmer drinks I guess. Couple of years ago my friend made this warm alcoholic xmas beverage, had to sit it on the stove for hours and it had raisins and almonds and stuff, very very flavoursome, forget what it is, from Northern Europe somewhere

i stopped drinking bourbon when i was in high school cos someone made me laugh after i had taken a swig and it came out of my nose (my god it burns!!)

so 5 years later and some of my mates are trying to get me back onto the shit...

somehow i think its a good thing that i dont like it cos i feel like a bogan when i drink it...

cold beers for xmas ftw. (y) mesh- i still prefer the little creatures pale ale.

That's the 'glug', Swedish / Scando mulled red wine, with cinammon and herbs and served with almonds and raisins! Yummy. You can use cheap wine too, still tastes good. But don't let it boil, cos the alcohol evaporates. Simmer it... Yummy!

    I want a 5L Heineken keg!

I saw something the other week, I think it was a 5litre keg, either Heineken or Stella with a re-usable proper draught pump contraption. How long would that last?

That's what I'm drinking here, every Xmas. And beer of course but that's hardly no surprise, even the every-year-special Xmas-lager has finally arrived into all stores. Nobody can tell the difference from the original but hey who cares it's the magic of christmas innit :D
