XLR and 1/4" at same time

Was just wandering if i can plug in 1 set of speakers with an XLR connection and some monitors with the 1/4" connection in the back of my mixer to have them both booming at the same time?! Mixer is a vestax VMC 185XL

Yeah of course, people do use mixers at gigs you know lol!

Just don't have 2 different connections plugged into the same speaker and the same time, that is bad!
