Two dark brooding tracks this time. One from the German production team, Neurotic Sound Foundation Crew, who have tunes lined up on numerous labels like Synaptic Plastic. The other from Hungary's Snaper with his fresh outlook on breakcore and minimal psychotica.
NSF Crew's 'Mechanisms (Remix)' kicks this release off a dark rolling drumfunk number. Tight breaks and crashing cymbals ride along a dirty, funky bassline. Dark subtle atmospherics drift around interlacing with the sharp drum slices. One to murk out the dancefloor.
Snaper's 'Etron' is nothing short of impressive. 'Etron' features an array of sharp piano stabs, bleeps and glitches meticulously entwined with a crunchy amen and sweeping rugged bassline. He shows that he's not limted by any boundaries as 'Etron' clearly demonstrates a dark, spacial twist on the darkest of his breakcore and experimental influences. Definitely another forward thinking producer to look out for in 2006.

Big ups on the releases guys, going from strength to strength.
Mechanisms is a wickedly minimal tune with all the power coming from that deep beat!!
Etron is well eerie!! A bit too crazy for my taste but well made glitchy madness all the same!!!
