frat's boxercise thread has inspired me to find out what other kinds of activity you lot get up to. today i ran up a set of 400 stairs that go up the side of a steep hill. i did 4 laps and i fucking thought i was going to die. and ive also been hitting the gym a fair bit recently too. ive got a 4 pack and am aim for a 6 but the last two are so hard to get. (i hate stomach crunches) what do the rest of you get up to?
