electro sample packs tend to be chock full of this sorta stuff too. and don't be afraid to just rip stuff from everywhere to use as a rim noise. one of my favourites comes from a dialup modem sample.

I have a good pack with TONS of weird percussive instruments and shit

It's called "DoruMALAIA-SUPERDRUMS8000"

I found it online for free a few years ago, there are loads of samples there it is quite amazing

Sticks, maracas, timpanis, cowbelll, woodblock, whistle and so on and so on

If you can't find it online just PM me and maybe I can find some way to get it to you
