Who's Down for a Sub bass tutorial??!?! (Using the Sidechain compressor)

It loads fast for you because you have all of the images on your computer. It's called 'cache'. It loaded faster after I checked the page out again.

But still you could at least optimize the page.

Anyway. Enough off topic.

i check and look at my website on a ton of different systems internets, etc... almost all of them work excellent, some work a bit slower which is fine but not 8 minutes bro.. thats OVERKILL.. theres seriously something wrong with your computer if it takes THAT long to load, like good specs bro but something sounds off. My homies computer desktop with like 16 gigs of ram loads it in a snap. My friends laptop macbook loads in less then a split second. My other friends laptop loads in less then a second. And thats 3 computers out of 24 + that Ive tested on and out of all those 18 out of 24 load instant, The others arent too slow just not instant, still fast. It literally should only take maximum 2-3 seconds to load it all

Lol this is SERIOUSLY my final post here about my personal page bro. Im tired of talking about this man, seriously Please keep this on topic. You dont even know my ideas, the meaning to my ideas, my computer and friends computers specs, normal or modified. This is all now how it works only on your computer... maybe some others but not 8 minutes bro. Im sorry it loads that long but dude theres something that needs tuning properly if its loading that slow png or not. I load it on friends computers all the time.. it loads Excellent in fact.



K no more of this. Im seriously not going to respond to this anymore man. I am adding more functionality but when you work 247 on something, you dont get EVERY single thing perfect and on point. Some mistakes happen, I have a HUGE workload for this label every day and night so some things slip. Such as creating functionality. It was nice at first, but I dont even like the layout much at its current form. I made a nice permanent page for it now. Check back in about 15 minutes and you'll see what I mean man. :D

Anyways,... on to the actual subject matter of this thread.

Tutorial to come up in a few days! I promise you all haha! I gotta put our youtube to use.

Im also going to do SOO MUCH Tuturials right now on compression especially

A few people in this thread had criticisms over your website, remember that.
 
Because the images are cached. That's why it loads faster. I had no problem loading any other new webpage.

That's it I'm done.

Sub bass sub bass sub bass. Compressors and what not.
 
Give the guy a break, he just asked if we wanted a tutorial.. Maybe if he wanted to have criticism on his website the post would be named "CRITICIZE MY WEBSITE" and not "who's down for a tutorial".. Bringing up this here is just bad manners.

In every raptor's post i read he seems full of positive vibes i'm sure he can take on criticism as long as its not too harsh like basically saying his design is vomit.

Hahahaha thats funny cause man I really didnt care if he didnt want to release his tune on my label, more power to him for choosing what he wants. If he doesnt like my label, or me or my tunes, oh well, thats fine, im sure as human beings we'd all make excellent friends haha. And I didnt go bonkers, I just wrote a lot explaining how things really are from my end. LOLLLLLLL Im not THAT sensitive. Him calling my work unicorn vomit hurt a bit personally just from how much hard work i put into my work, but nothing else I took to any offense. Just informing brother! thats all! No harm intended with my words!

And if you wish to release on my label in the future whenever youre more then welcome to idc bro haha. Just explaining what is up and stuff. So my heart doesnt go unnoticed, There is a whole idea behind all of this!

@Raptor: As an (improving) artist one thing I know very well is that it's usually best to not overload on visual information. That's especially true in graphic design, but even in just creating illustrations, it helps to give all your different elements room to breathe and have a central focus, relief areas etc.

Just seen the site; there's just way too much focus on the graphics and way too many colors. It kinda literally looks like a rainbow. The graphics should be focusing the viewer to the text, not fighting it and making the text hard to read. And try working on a good color scheme, preferably reflecting the majority of music you do (i.e if you're doing dark rollers why have a bunch of cadmiums and "friendly" colors dominating the design?).
 
No yeah mason i understand the whole point of t. What I imagined in my head was more so easy to use, read, function and actually not overloading to the eyes, and while this isnt quite overloading perse, at least from my and others perspectives, I really just went along with this, it was such a beautiful mistake, and it happened to spark in my head to keep it as the main page for now! Ill modify that one for sure to be readable for sure, but I am about to upload the new page soon! still working on it!

Easy guys, this is a nice forum imo and people can have opinions (either about sidechain compressors or constructive criticism on website design) but lets keep on topic, Raptor offered a tutorial which is a nice thing to give back to the community (even if you think it may not be the way you'd do things). Just chill a bit ppl, and Raptor write a bit less in response :)

That was just an example dont read too far into it as if Im gloryifying myself like some god of artwork... I am me. Its just an example.
 
I take it the OP got so side-tracked with his website criticism, that the tutorial is now not happening?!
