i think my first choice would be DJ Die, then Break
Noisia, Camo & Krooked and Culture Shock!
break. end of for me
reason i chose die was cos, imagine the vibes!
Break, Culture Shock, Enei, Octane & DLR.
mr scruff clearly! They have proper fun in the studio! or any of the big engineers eg Eddie Kramer etc
Culture Shock / Calyx & Teebee
KOAN Sound, Jimi Hendrix, Van Morrison (preferably in the state of intoxication he was in for The Bang Sessions)
Although he did end up burning down his own studio so I'd probably have to keep an eye on him..
lee scratch perry is a shout...saw him with a full live band a while back was quality.
id love to see his hat collection too.
dnbwise think it would have to be calibre personally
electronic music wise: amon tobin, d bridge, midland, boddika
otherwise: ben burt, hans zimmer
Ha - yes Hans Zimmer is a really great shout, what a studio.
Some good ideas in here. If I was to sit in the studio with someone it would be to hear the vibe they create
I have a few.
Audio - Phat beats, huge bass, would love to see how he works
Jubei - He does so much with so little
Foreign Concept - Funky as hell
Alix Perez - Another one who does a lot with a little, yet it always sounds banging!
June Miller - They make bangers! I want to make bangers like them !
I dunno really. I wouldn't really want to be influenced by anyone which happens to quite a few producers once they have made a tune together.
I'd probably say Danny Carey, Hans Zimmer and John Murphy.
