Anyone wishing to share some sets/live shows would be gratefully received... :)

Rodigan appearing @ his 1st D&B night in the form of Hospitality @ Matter...

The roots of D&B itself steeped in Reggae sampling, soundclash style dubplates & indeed the very culture of the dances & people that attend them...

Anybody else share a passion for Reggae?

yeah man ive been listening to a lot of clashes recently, my favourites gotta be saxon vs addies live in bermuda 94 (http://www.megaupload.com/?d=K8XQCDG3) so many tunes sampled from this one clash its mad

what site do you use? the one i used to use has just started charging...

That is indeed a big clash!

My wife is Jamaican, so I got/get most of my stuff sent from DVD's & live recordings from her Brothers & Cousins, but also search online & watch the dvd rips on youtube...

Been after the most recent Battle Of The Legends Clash @ Amazura - N.Y from the last week of April.

Rodigan
Jammys
Downbeat
Coxsone
Scorpio

Watched the youtube rips, but really want the audio for the car...

I find it really difficult to get hold of decent, clean recordings of Live Soundclashes. Seems the organisers aren't too up on distributing the live tape packs etc. as much as the rave scene has always done: Fantasia/Helter Skelter/Accelerated Culture etc...I'm sure they are produced but seem to be harder to come by! (remember the 12 tape compilations cluttering up the car!)

Then again - I guess that adds to the mystique of the Soundclash!

Go to the UK Cup Clash every year - Also go down to most of the clashes & live performances @ Stratford Rex from Buju/Mavado - etc etc. Always good to catch those guys live!

Moskit - did you forget to attach that Rodigan set to the post?.....Nothing there star!?

Would be good if someone could reccomend a good source to either download or buy decent Clash tings!

Went to the last UK Cup Clash & fucking loved it!

Dub for dub was so close, Mighty Crowns special of Duane Stephensons - August Town was the dub of the night for me, unreal!

That Rodi/Battle Of The Legends thing was the one I was after, I haven't got it...

I will post up a link to the Reggae/Soundclash thread on DNBA, ther is well over 200 old & new clashes/sets/acts over numerous pages uploaded on there... ;)

I got bare Saxon Soundclashes linked me a couple of weeks ago...

I'll see if I can find them.

edit:
