right i go to the gym about 3/4 times a week yeh, start off on some heavy weights do them for about 10 minutes. go onto the running machine usually on there for about 10-15 minutes pretty rapid. then i go on the rowing machine do 2000 metres as fast as i can (almost kills me) next i go on the bikes going pretty fast for about 20 mins maybe more depending on mood. now does any1 find it as demoralising as me?? u do all this fucking work come out the gym lookin like a paedo whos just had his way with hundreds of kids in a row and u barely notice any difference in fitness and shit like that. just me???
