it's just an amen break mate, high passed massively. not sure where to link you but if you look around you'll find tonnes

rip a loop out of a track that has it in, fireup up your DAW and drop it in, get lots and lots of samples, and then recreate it for yourself by matchin up the hits and sounds i know allot of people like to use break loops, but personally, i think that you should know how to create them from scratch, it takes effort to learn, but its worth it! and theres nothing like subtle changes in a break to really bring it to life
