Whats The Right Software? >_<

    Im getting a laptop pretty soon.. im gunna try and start producing tunes..

    i was wondering what the best software available was?



    will be a big help to get some advice from people who have experience in this sort of thing...

    there is no right or wrong answer here!
    its all down to preference.
    the only thing i could suggest is try out the trial versions and see which one u like best!

    if you're just starting out, id recommend reaper. does everything, and its dead cheap. (y)

    Fruityloops, I've tried Cubase an unless your gonna have someone teaching you then you're going to find it very hard.

    Steinberg Cubase/Nuendo, FL Studio, Ableton Live, Propellerhead Reason, Digidesign ProTools, Logic Pro. Just make your own choise man)
    I have already use all of that DAWs, and chose Nuendo 3.

    i imagine this will start a war, but i'm gonna highly recommend a macbook pro running logic, if it is in your budget.
