I work at a cereal factory & have taste panel every morning, this morning I had:

    Apple, Cinnamon & Sultana Porridge.

I had a buttered Wholemeal Muffin & a cup of freshly perculated Columbian with Cream & Demerrara to go with it.

    Yes I am a ponce.

    Yes I feel fat.

I am going to give my noodles for lunch to the local Tramp.

    :word:

toast and butter the bread, stick it in the bottom of a smallish yet deep frying, pour over hot beans, add cheese on top and grill for the ultimate cheesy-bean mess

plus it aint shit without copious amounts of lea and perrins :D

i used to get these at my old work on a massive contracting site..

i used to have one everyday as i was stoned out my face it was the best ..

it ws called a ' Full Monty ' and cost £2.00

massive soft white bap, in it ..

3 cumberland sausages cut in half length ways and laid flat
    2 rashers of bacon
    1 fried egg
    beans
    tinned toms
    mushrooms

and for 50p more i used to get cheese and a hash brown in it aswell

i had this everyday along with loads of other blokes working there, had it for about 6 months, and stayed a skiny cunt, hit the beers and i started getting a belly

She's just pulled a surprise out of the bag and thrown in some southern fried chicken dippers into the mix :not_worth

Yeah man beans on toast is big in the game when your on a small budget(such as myself). Nice and quick to do.
You could have brown sugar on them I guess bro, but yeah I recommend you have some beans on toast with a little something something on the side. Gets the Smarty seal of approval :2thumbs:

Full English is my "Desert Island Dish", I could honestly eat it everday, no problem...

It would be a short, yet enjoyable life.

I am so tempted to goto the roadside greasewagon for a mini version in a bun right about now... :(
