As it's used in a lot of tracks, it will surely not help you to produce DIFFERENT types of DNB.

Wow, you know what thanks for nothing. I didn't want to create literally different genre's of DNB, its personal use of creating some varied tracks for myself, glad to see this forum has helpful veteran users who give back nothing to those who have just joined

Beware, in a minute, all the originality from his music will be gone...

Here it comes..

2 patches layered together
1st patch:
Saw waves (if you are tough guy like Rambo or Santa Claus, you can also try squares mixed in)
Play (major) chords, 1/8 notes
Automate the filter cutoff

2nd patch: (the one playing a sustained chord/note underneath)
Don't know what waveform(s) exactly, but probably saws/squares/triangles (the basic shit) again
low pass
limit to one voice
set play mode to legato.


It's really more about the notes you play, but my musical ear is not trained enough to just tell like "hey it's a fucking F major 7th" etc. so go figure out yourself.

Your best bet is go on YouTube and find out how to make 'house plucks' then learn how to grit them up with distortion
