What makes jump up sound that way

I've tried to make some jump up tunes myself and failed miserably in the past. How do you make the jump up tunes sound LIKE jump up???

Besides sick little basslines...

Is it that underlying shuffle sound??? I can't seem to nail it right
 
fuck nos mate just do what u want i dont really make shuffly beats well not intentionly if i do

jump up doesnt have to be wobble wobble wobble DUUUUH duh duh kick snare wobble wobble wobble DUUUUH duh duh kick snare

rides, shakers, hi hats, maracas, high passed amens into an impenetrable wall of white noise on the high end
1 step beat
one note massive saw wave
answer with massive square wave with vowel filter
nevermind the lowend
movie sample from kill bill or terminator
kick roll and rising tone in buildup
