    What labels would sign a rock-dnb single/ep?

    Not a lot. It depends on the track in question. Is it rock-inspired D&B or literally rock D&B?

    Depends which side it's closer to? If it's closer to Rock than D&B might be better going for a Rock label

    That would be Ninja Tune. You can try Audioporn as they've been releasing stuff from Dirtyphonics back in the day. Or if it's really catchy/radio-friendly, you could go majors...Warner, Virgin EMI...
