I am ready to purchase a keyboard for making tunes. I have looked at a few models.

    Rolang Juno G
    Korg Triton (61)

I don't want to go with something too high end, as i am not a keyboard player. I really am just gonna use it as a trigger and sound shaping device.

Can anyone suggest any others that are in a similar price range and feature range ?

    Thanks,

    D

Consider a midi keyboard just to get the grips of working with something other than a mouse and a typing keyboard? Would be a lot cheaper and a soft "introduction" into hardware. The emu Xboard comes with a shitload of sounds and a software sampler/synth to go with them.
