I have not seen this yet. Wife and I liked Borat but we both think this one looks cheesy as hell. I'll prolly watch it when it hits DVD. There's not much I'll lay down $9 a ticket to see anymore. It's $100 anymore to take the wife to the show. And I have better gear at my house, where we can smoke bowls and hang out in our underwear. =P
Watched it last night. Some hilarious bits, but some bits are too obviously to shock / offend. Got balls to do some of the things he does. & I thought the bits that were completely acted with knowing actors were cleverly edited in with the confused 'victims'.
It's good but watching 1 & 1/2 hrs of old Bruno clips would be funnier.
Reckon Borat worked better as a film, but only just.
Fave bits are at Swingers party when he's telling the guy to look him in the eye, and Straight Dave's Cage Fighting.
Had a few hard laughs but not much, it just seemed that 80% of the film was staged which lost it's comical element for me, would had been a hundred times better if it was like the original Bruno, same with Borat.
