Personally it would be an old golf, failing that on reliability issues it would have to be the mk4

depends what you want. reliability, id get a honda. accords are nice.

small cars.. audi a3s are nice, but im not a fan of small cars.

fast cars, cost alot fo money but very fun, so many to choose from!

ive got one of these (well a 2, but same thing). and its very fast. very reliable. but if something does go wrong, its usually something major. and costs shit loads to fix!!

insurance is cheaper if you lie aswell ...

A3's are boring, so bland unless you get the S-line, you may as well get a Ford Mondeo.

Get a Golf Mk4 Anniversary, they won't lose much value, look decent, and both the VAG TDi and 1.8T engines can be mapped for extra performance.
Pic is of the standard car

People are mad about golfs. Mk1 and Mk2 were cool, but after I find them pretty boring, pretty good cars though.

You'll struggle to get more car for your money than you do with old Evos. They're so manic to insure, but they are all imports, so you could lie. If you have a crash involving someone else and get caught out though, your in some serious shit. Probably not worth it.
