hello all forum crew, happy summer, hope you celebrated the midsummer solstice in regal fashion, as you should!

our very own @tinybunnies, aka the international neuro dj melody, is laying down a fresh drum and bass set live on our facebook page now,
this Monday the 15th if July, at 2 PM GMT / 9 AM EST , ie in just a few moments!

the stream is currently live thrice a week, monday, wednesday, and friday.

tune in for heavy tunes and dope mixing, and shout outs to all the crew! i cant remember everyone, so reply to thread to ensure you get your big up, ok?

there will be sets coming from origin FM on the dnbforum facebook page as well as a possible dexcell shed mix, but this is still pending, the future is still undecided in the immortal words of natasha beddingfield.

hit me up if you want to do a set for our page, be it live stream or just audio, its going to be good exposure for all involved, total win-win sitation.

that stream was so fking rad, it felt like i was a part of the drum and bass scene again, i felt like i was connected to that world of drum and bass club culutre that i used to be so close with, but sadly lost touch with because of the the stupid hospital thing. and then its like none of that cool fun rad stuff never even happened. ive been feeling that way a lot lately.

BUT this made me feel a connection to the music again, it made me feel hype about drum and bass, and the feeling of community was there too!

thats what a club is all about, a specific crowd coming together to dance to a specific music made by specific producers played by a specific dj, this is why its a "club" because its a specific community, and not a "disco" or a "pig sty with radio at volume 11 max treble and a urinal you drink low grade aceton out of like a feeding trough" as is the case in most discos, especially in lower tiers of society and third world countries like spain and norway.

but i digress, i am not to drift into negativity, this is about something positive that just went down, and im all hype about it

it truly is a technology thing, ive never used this technology before, but it was really fun, i really liked it, absolutely brilliant, that technology

and most of all @tinybunnies killer set, big up times five million and the 21 gun salute when all man must shoot!!

and im in the deepest farthest north of the north, this is ultima thule. and i did a chair dance, with kung fu hands and vexd face, it was so rad

AND THEN THE ALGORITHM warned it would take us offline so things got a bit illegal rave there for a moment, it its own totally non threatening meta internet kind of way. renegades of twitter. rebels of facebook. misfits of instagram.

ill bet all those are totally serious non ironic things already, there is no doubt in my mind whatsoever.

you all had best tune in next time, its awesome.

pom... who is it that says that (i thought you wrote "porn" first, i was none too pleased haha) its ozzies that call brits "pommies" isnt it?

despite the visuals, i dare say the selection and the mixing is the real power, the mix into the optiv track gave me adrenaline rush

ill be in a dark club in amsterdam dancing to my favorite music again soon. these sessions awaken the passion for the sound thats been dead for a long time, like i can actually pin point the exact moment i lost my passion for the sound of drum and bass, but this kind of thing is very likely to bring it back again
