init i experience paras on a daily basis, although the rest seems fairly legitimate although just like the 'facts', the myths could hold as much truth..

Years ago before skunk you could smoke weed and it would take a lot more to send you 'potty' as the THC content was not as high as it is with skunk so a couple of spliffs would just leave you with a nice buzz.
THC is the ingredient that gives you the heavy monged out feel and also makes you laugh.
Cannabidiol (CBD) is found in normal weed which actually counteracts the THC because it helps the brain to think logical and scientist actually grow normal weed in a secret location of the UK to extract the CBD out of the drug for use with certain brain diseases.
Rastafarians used weed years ago for group meditations which I can see some sense in however now they have taken away CBD and increased the THC content then called it skunk which explains the high rise in mental health, you will find many Rasta's won't touch it for this reason.
In summary good skunk is nice but if you are a daily heavy user it will reduce your quality of life because you don't want to do anything, it removes the get up and go element from you. Just try and have it on a weekend this will reduce your risk of any problems dramatically.
