Last time Black Sun Empire took over at We Fear Silence, they were fresh off the back of a blistering world tour and raised the roof with their tech-infused, high-octane drum and bass. This time will be more of the same. Exporting drum and bass around the world, the BSE crew have become global figureheads to the scene – helping compile and select the best in emerging DJ talent and wowing dance floors the world over. We're made up to have them back to help warm our winter blues in January 2013! Dutch Drum and Bass collective and long-time Cable veterans Black Sun Empire recently dropped their fifth album to date. The aptly named "From the Shadows" is another example of the trio's ability to merge the boundaries between genre's and infect their production with a host of musical influences including Techno, Dubstep and Indie. The boys have also collaborated with some of the biggest names in DnB, including Noisia, State of Mind & Rido on subsonic compositions that ooze intelligently formed, structured bass heavy riddims.

Smooth & Markoman, otherwise known as Telekinesis, are the Slovenian based DnB duo that have been causing quite a stir. With support from some of the most respected producers within DnB, including Ed Rush, Matrix & Futurebound, Pendulum, Chris Renegade and of course Black Sun Empire, 2013 is set to be a big year for the boys.
