VST'S in fl studio 8

i just downloaded the voxengo SPAN, unzipped it and put it in my vst folder, and fruity wont find it???? can someone help me please

i shut the computer down after and it still wont find em, i dont know what fast scan is

lol i dont know how you think i havent got the right attitude towards it, as for info, i did say i only started to use fruity loops today so i dont really know how to use it, just need directions on how to get VST's to work on it, sorry if you got the wrong idea mate.
