vsts good for editing wavs?

    ey up!
    iv just realised that i can solo a track and export that sample as a wav therefore letting me edit it in audacity, now reason has no vst support but are there vsts that would let me edit these wavs, and more importantly any ones which you'd say stand out from the rest or are vital!!?

    VST wave editor...interesting idea, i've never heard/seen anything like that tho, but as you can edit in Audacity, what advantage you going to have using a vst instead? I personally prefer to let ableton handle most of my 'editing' as its non-destructive

    cooledit (later audition). then theres always soundforge, and on the freeside, goldwave and audacity.

    I like Recycle 2.1 for that !
    Still learning it but sure hook up with youtube tutorials !:D
