VST TO LINK DAW MIXERS OVER THE INTERNET! PLEASE HELP!

saw an interview with either Camo and Krooked - they talk about a vst they use that lets you connect the master out in your software mixer with someone elses master out over the internet.
I think the software he mentioned was called vstunnel but im not sure it still exists as i cant find a place to download it
Anyone know where to get it or any similar software?
