Vinyl-only DJs

    Heyho,

    because LTJ Bukem changed to Traktor and stopped playing dubs I wanna ask you:

    Which Drum & Bass / Jungle DJs play vinyl only? Andy C?

    few and far between now bro, Andy is the only one i know of now, there maybe more but i dunno

    Fracture & Neptune are the only other guys I can think of off the top of my head, a lot of DJ's will drop the odd bit of plastic every so often, Especially old records that you can't get on MP3. Seen serum, Break and Subterra etc. all do this on occasion even though they predominantly mix on CD/Traktor/Other.

    Logistics and Nu:tone use vinyl + the odd cd, and this dj I know called DJ Mish Mash uses vinyl

    Yeah there is a few, Blu Mar Ten, London Elek still use only vinyl as far as im aware. Its pretty difficult though considering the state of some of the decks in the clubs in this country.

    Mala does, not sure about Coki. Mala will be one of the last djs to switch if the day ever comes where everyone stops using vinyl.

    I think its great he's keeping the DMZ lable as strictly vinyl as well

    brockie? well he plays mainly classic sets now and hes been around from the beginning so I imagine he has quite a collection

    definitely uses serato.. you only have to type his name into google images to see him using it

    Aw maybe he's changed.. Or maybe he said he always prefers vinyl but sometimes can't always use em.

    Didn't know they spun vinyl & yeah Fierce does (who I have literally never seen ever whack a CD into a CDJ.
