A fresh release from Hazard who rolls it out in his usual fashion. For me, Hazard is the embodiment of techstep in that his sound is almost a perfect translation of techno into dnb. Both tracks go for interesting flows due to imaginative beatwork and are rolled out repetitively but still work well.
Kidnap has very rugged beats with a fat sub and a droning synth blaring away at you, while Slipstream has a very warm sound and a bit of a 4/4 beat going on but still keeps it dnb somehow.
