Using audacity to get vocal samples

how do i cut little snippets from a set?

and then save that snippet as wav?

open preferred media player, play set you wanna record.
set audacity to record from teh same out your media player is, er, playing.
hit record, record mc blabbering, make clownstep, get big and famous and have everyone saying you're shot,but still buy your music.

You find the wav on a website and highlight then delete?

I am not well with Audacity ways. I just got it a few days ago
