Dunno if anyone has seen this before. Just a quick tutorial on using the multiband dynamics function in ableton to create a sort of upward compression. Instead of lowering volume with normal compression.

Just mixing a track and found it useful so thought I would share.
I assume you can do this in other DAW's one way or another.
