Dont forget this Run Come Follow Friday on Rinse 106.8 Fm / www.rinse.fm from 11:00-14:00 the usual weekly mixture of big old skool ryddims and banter alongside this weeks special VIP guests in the house MC Bassman and MC $pyda who will be joining us to have a chat about everything from the very early days of there careers through the sdc story right up till what they are both currently up to right now.. Then we will be going into the mix for the final part of the show with the legendary Bassman & Spyda throwing down some legendary lyrics..!!
