does anybody know of any free software for converting mp3s to mpeg? wanna to put some mixes/vinyl rips on youtube

you dont need a converter. u just need a mp3, a pic (dont have to have 1) and put em together on windows movie maker. then when u select save to my computer it automaticly converts it to a format youtube will accept.

i used to be a regular dnb music uploader on youtube but got bored of doing it lol.
