Tune with a Rodigan sample

Suuup, I keep hearing a tune on Kools adverts, with the vocal sample "tick a tick a tock, Rodigansomethingsomething" then Rodigan doing his usual shouting business then it drops into some big bassy roller.

anyone know it? cheers!
