The intro is really cool imo, but I think you should do something about the 'drop'.
I know this isn't supposed to be very neurofunk-like, but there could be something more in the drums.
Some sicker snare and more breaks, perhaps. Could also beef up the sound of the main bass synth a bit

I like the idea in general, reminds me of a song I made earlier (Drugs)
