Waste a few heads will probably never come out

Casino will be coming out on Ganja backed Penumena after the Hazard EP I think, so promos should be about within the next month I would think

Not sure about trick of technology, haven't heard anything and I'm not sure what label the original came out on which is always a factor

The trick of technology remix is an official thing. Not sure if Fresh Kutt's will be resurrected for it, or they may bring it out on Dance Concept like the repress in 2008. I'll try and find out.

Probably, I think it's been recieving quite a lot of support, which is always a good sign
