Ezzee all, I heard this track on a 1997 Mickey Finn @ Helter Skelter CD. There was a female vocal that sings through the breakdon, then when it drops the vocals are saying 'Let Go, Let Go, Let Go'. It's got a wicked 96/97 jungle feel to it & I know I've heard It many times b4 when MC MC, & Princey do the rush hour set. I've got a feeling it maybe Ray Keith but don't know what the title is.
