some day ago I listened to this youtube compilation

I managed to get out some of the tracks (in fact the tunes that were easy to find
). But the beginning (0:00 - 0:40) is very hard to find ( and in my opinion one of the best parts of this comp. )
Does someone of you know the title and artist ? I can't manage to find it and the uploader isn't answering, so you are my last chance
