tune id required

Hi, im new to this id stuff, but just wondering if anyone out there can help me. Im after an old skool track on around the '93 or '94 era with the following vocal 'can you tell me , can you tell me, can you tell me where shes gone.....' or something like that.

Had it knocking around on a old skool tape from a radio recording but don't know whats happened to it now.
